Joana Cianfarani is a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in Competition Law, Compliance and Corporate Investigations. She has worked for nearly 16 (sixteen) years in full-service law firms in Brazil and abroad, and also in renowned companies at the beginning of her career. She has extensive experience in representing national and foreign clients before the Brazilian Antitrust Authority (CADE) in the complete range of competition matters.
She has solid expertise in structuring, coordinating and conducting large multidisciplinary internal corporate investigations and in strategically addressing identified legal exposures. She is experienced in advising clients on compliance, private litigation and strategic commercial matters with a competition component.
